Elizabeth Large, specialist in Kundalini, Hatha and Kriya yoga, teacher BWY KRI, therapeutic bodyworker Bsc & Beheld Wellness Coach, will lead us  on a path of inner growth.

Elizabeth will help us develop our awareness and intuition, realise our divinity and strengthen our calm centre!

Nature balances, relieves mental overload. The healing effect of the rustle of the trees or the waves of the sea, the beauty of a sunset is undeniable. Our 4 days of well-being willa take place on the island of Lefkada.
