Penelope’s Concept Store in cooperation with the CAKERS will lead us in the art of cookie decorating. We will decorate cookies with a Christmas and winter theme. This is a beginners course but we have options for more advanced students.

Το PENELOPE’S Concept Store σε συνεργασία με τους CAKERS θα σας μυησουν στην τέχνη της διακόσμησης μπισκότων!
Θα στολίσουμε  μπισκότα με θέμα τα Χριστούγεννα και τον  χειμώνα. Το εργαστήριο αυτό είναι κατά βάση για αρχάριους, αλλά έχουμε επιλογές και  για πιο προχωρημένους μαθητές

The workshop is hands on and includes:
🌿 recipe for butter cookies and baking techniques
🌿 use of tools and materials.
🌿 instructions for the best use of the sugar paste and its coloring for decorating cookies
🌿 decoration techniques (use of silicone molds & embossed surfaces)
🌿 level: beginners
🌿 rapporteurs: THE CAKERS (Elizabeth Armau)
🌿 all materials, tools and equipment as well as coffee and cakes are provided
🌿 At the end of the workshop you will take with you some recipes, tips and some instructions as well as the decorated cookies that you created in the workshop.

For participation it is mandatory to present either a vaccination certificate for covid19 or a responsible statement about conducting a self test with a negative result (24 hours)
